How To Return Your iOS Apps And Receive A Full Refund


Ever buy an app for your iPhone, iPod or iPad that didn’t work as advertised? Ever screw up and accidentally download the wrong app? Did you know you could return it? Yes you can! Apple doesn’t publicize it much, but there is an App Store return process. Brian Tong from CNET has laid out all the steps.

First, log into your iTunes account and click “Purchase History”. Next, select the date of your app purchase and click “Report a Problem”. The option to report a problem will now appear next to each app for that purchase date.

When you click to report a problem, you will be prompted to select a problem category and submit your tasteful comments. An iTunes rep will review your claim and hopefully refund your purchase.
